LoCo Boot Camp owner Laura Morgan co-founded  Carolina Cups in 2009. Carolina Cups is a non-profit public charity that raises money for breast cancer screening, treatment, and research.

Free LoCo for Survivors


As a testament to Laura's breast cancer advocacy, LoCo offers free boot camp for breast cancer survivors! Along with your medical history questionnaire, just bring written consent from your doctor and we’ll set you up with all the boot camp you want! That is our gift to you for inspiring us everyday.

LoCo Crawl to the Cure

We are the proud sponsor of the 3rd annual LoCo Crawl to the Cure in Bluffton. The 2011 event was May 21 and we raised almost $10,000. Stay tuned for the 2012 event!

LoCo Motion

LoCo Boot Camp is also the title sponsor for Carolina Cups' new event, LoCo Motion. This is a 30-mile 3-day event held in Bluffton and Hilton Head this fall. Participants don't have to do all 30 miles, but those that do complete the entire trek will receive the coveted Triple Nipple medal. Mark your calendars for Sept 30-Oct 2 and help us make the Lowcountry a sea of pink while we raise $200,000!
